Avsyst Solutions ("Avsyst", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. It is written to follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data:

• Contact, quote and demo forms: name, email, phone number, company name, the product or service you are interested in, budget, timeline and your message.
• Job applications: name, email, phone, experience, cover note and the resume file you upload.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Technical data: your IP address is saved with form submissions to prevent spam and abuse.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and schedule product demos.
• To review job applications and contact shortlisted candidates.
• To send product updates, only if you subscribed.
• To keep the website secure and stop spam or fraudulent submissions.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

3. Sharing your information

Your data is accessible only to authorised Avsyst staff. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example hosting and email), who must keep it confidential. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Third-party services

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare). The Contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our website. These services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Data storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. Uploaded resumes are stored in a private folder that cannot be opened from the public internet and are available only to authorised staff. Forms are protected against forged submissions and spam.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purpose they were shared, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

7. Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update it.
• Ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for updates.
• Raise a grievance about how your data is handled.

8. Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
