Refund & Cancellation

We want you to be fully satisfied with Avsyst Solutions. That is why we offer free product demos before you buy. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Where your signed proposal or agreement says something different, the agreement applies.

1. Software subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Monthly plans are not refundable once the billing period has started.
• For yearly plans cancelled within 7 days of payment, we refund the amount minus any setup or onboarding charges.
• After cancellation, you can request an export of your data within 30 days.

2. Custom development & IT services

• Projects are billed in milestones as set out in your proposal.
• An advance payment covers planning and resource booking and is non-refundable once work has started.
• If a project is cancelled, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date, and we hand over that work.
• Milestones that are delivered and approved are not refundable.

3. Non-refundable items

Domain names, SSL certificates, third-party licences, SMS/WhatsApp message credits that have been used, and other costs paid to third parties on your behalf cannot be refunded.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@avsystsolutions.in with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
